The laptops you can check out from the Frisco Campus library should not require your campus log in ID and password after it is turned on. If it does, completely shut down the laptop then wait one minute. After that minute, power up the laptop and it should let you in to view a browser where you can then log in to CougarWeb using your campus log in ID and password. If you continue to have trouble with accessing the screen display to click on a browser icon, please call the library Circulation desk for advice (972-377-1560) or bring it in during regular business hours to check out a different laptop.
